- Dinner will be served by Trimmer Outpost at the Old Fire Bay

SATURDAY, MAY 1, 2010
8:00am Ranch #1 Tour - $50 (includes lunch)
- We depart from the Foothill Parking Lot to tour the oldest registered ranch in Nevada – Ranch #1. Join JB Lekumberry for a tour of Ranch # 1 which surrounds the Town of Genoa. Tour will begin with the feeding of the cattle, followed by a presentation regarding one of the oldest barns in Nevada, built in the 1860’s, located in Ranch #1. The tour continues with horseshoeing, blacksmithing, the various cuts of beef and roping demonstrations. The tour will conclude with lunch.
10:00am Trail Ride - $35 (includes lunch)
- The 2010 GENOA COWBOY POETRY & MUSIC FESTIVAL will hold a Pleasure Trail Ride on Saturday, May 1, 2010 that will last approximately 3 hours. Participants will receive a shirt and a chuck wagon lunch. Overnight camping will also be available for participants and their equine friends for an additional fee.
